All sessions are $175, and you’ll receive a receipt after each appointment. Please check with your benefits provider to confirm coverage (CCC License #11242006). Let me know if you have any questions!

Can you share your credentials and experience?

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11242006). With over seven years of experience, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, work stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like ACT, mindfulness, and parts work. Together, we’ll create a space where healing and growth feel both supported and attainable.

Do you offer counselling in other languages?

Yes! I offer counselling in English and French. If you’re more comfortable expressing yourself in either language, we can work together in the one that feels best for you.

How do you provide therapy?

I offer in-person sessions at my office (inside Cetana), as well as virtual and telephone counselling for those who prefer remote support. Whether you’d like to meet face-to-face, over video, or by phone, we can find the option that works best for you.

What should I do if I feel we’re not a good fit?

Finding the right therapist is crucial, and I understand that not every match is perfect. If you feel we’re not the best fit, I encourage open communication. We can discuss your needs, and I’d be happy to help you find someone who may be a better match. Your comfort and growth are what matter most!

How many therapy sessions will I need?

The number of therapy sessions you’ll need depends on your personal goals and what you’re working through. Some people feel relief after just a few sessions, while others may find it helpful to meet longer as they navigate deeper challenges. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, and we’ll check in along the way to ensure you’re feeling supported and comfortable. My goal is to be there for you as long as you need, but ultimately, I hope you feel empowered to move forward on your own, knowing you can always come back whenever you need support.

Do you provide or administer psychedelics?

Currently, I’m unable to provide or administer any psychedelics. However, I can offer evidence-based information about psychedelics and their healing properties.
